On April 12th - 13th, 2018 the Workers' Compensation Section of the Florida Bar and the Association of Workers' Compensation Claims Professionals (WCCP) will present the 2018 Florida Bar Workers' Compensation Forum.
The Forum will feature two exceptional tracks of advanced legal programming, centered around the Bar's traditional Workers' Compensation Board Certification Review Course. Learn from some of today's most qualified and highly recognized Board Certified speakers, judges, medical, and industry professionals.
This program is perfect for attorneys, legal assistants, adjusters, supervisors, case managers,vocational experts, risk managers and insurance professionals, who wish to increase their depth of knowledge and understanding of Florida's workers' compensation litigation environment.
WCCP Board Certified Adjusters who have earned their CWC designation will, upon attendance at this Forum and completion of ongoing qualification criteria, earn their "CWCL" (Certified in Workers' Compensation Litigation Designation).
*REMINDER to Board Certified Litigation (CWCL) Adjusters! To maintain the "CWCL" designation, board certified adjusters are required to attend the Forum at least once every 3 years. This means all who secured the designation in 2009, 2012 & 2015 must attend the 2018 Forum and stay until seminar is complete in order to keep the designation.
